Throughout my own health and fitness journey, I've tried and tested many different recipes and supplements and know from experience what works and can really help manage common health issues which come with aging. My mission is to help you regain your flexibility well into your golden years, with simple Pilates exercises that you can do on a mat or seated AND look at making meaningful changes to your diet to provide anti-inflammatory foods which can have a life changes effect to your general well-being.
