I'm thrilled to share my passion for Pilates with you! With years of experience under my belt, I'm here to empower you to regain your fitness and boost well-being, whether you're bouncing back from an illness, managing an injury, or embracing the beautiful changes that come with age.
 
My approach is all about ensuring you achieve your health goals safely and effectively. Throughout my own health and fitness journey, I've  tried and tested many different recipes and supplements and know from experience what works and can really help manage common health issues which come with aging. If you suffer with arthritis, stiff joints, low back pain, osteoporosis, then you are in the right place!
 
My mission is to help you regain your flexibility well into your golden years, with simple Pilates exercises that you can do on a mat or seated AND look at making meaningful changes to your diet to provide anti-inflammatory foods which can have a life changes effect to your general well-being.
